Mr. Hong, the caretaker of the plantation—which is slated to be converted
into a workshop in the near future—plays a key role in our operations.
There is an important insight Dandu wishes to share regarding our way of
working: nature is beautiful, yet it is also the teacher that has imparted
the most valuable lessons to us.
A breeze may feel like a cool whisper, but it can also serve as a reminder
that our approach to nature must be unhurried and respectful, mindful of
the need to adapt to its rhythms.

Dandu Warehouse (Đan Du)
A concept by ChiLab Vietnam; currently in development.
A small complex that integrates with the beautiful Vietnamese countryside.
It is situated within an Acacia grove, surrounded by lush green
agricultural landscapes.
The meaning of Dandu
Dandu is a compound of the Vietnamese words “Đan” and “Du”:
- Đan: Craftsmanship, manual skills, direct engagement
with nature, and connecting individuals with the community. - Du: Touring, exploring, experiencing, learning,
openness, and creativity.
Creative activities at Dandu Warehouse aim to foster meaningful
connections between people, nature, and culture.
